• Arrival windows & reminders: Select a window; receive SMS/WhatsApp confirmations and updates.
• Reschedules/pauses: Fair-use notice of ~12 hours recommended; we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Ramadan/holiday hours: Available subject to availability; we’ll align on adjusted routines.
• Backup cover: If your nanny is unwell or on leave, we can arrange like-for-like cover where possible.
• Access: Share building/compound entry details, guard phone, and any parking or ID requirements.

• Structured matching: We consider age, routine, home language, and personality fit.
• Interview + trial shift: Optional trial to confirm rapport, routines, and expectations.
• Onboarding notes: Daily schedule, house rules, allergy alerts, and emergency contacts recorded.
• Supervisor support: Real-time assistance for the nanny and you during early visits.
• Feedback loop: Quick post-visit check-ins to fine-tune routines and communication.
• Fast rematch: If the fit isn’t right, we rematch quickly at no extra cost during the trial period.
