Scheduling & access

  • Options: Hourly, daytime blocks, overnights, or live-in arrangements.
  • Arrival windows & reminders: Choose a window; get SMS/WhatsApp confirmations and updates.
  • Ramadan/holiday hours: Available subject to availability; routines adjusted respectfully.
  • Reschedules/pauses: ~12 hours’ notice recommended; we’ll accommodate where possible.
  • Backup cover: Like-for-like replacement can be arranged when your caregiver is unavailable.
  • Access: Share compound entry, guard phone, parking, and any ID/security requirements.
